At Temple Solicitors we are committed to provide high quality legal advice and client care. However, if any stage of our service you become unhappy or concerned, please inform us immediately, so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. We aim to trat complaints seriously and deal with them in confidence, fairly and as quickly as possible.

If you would like to make a complain can contact Mr. Mohammad Chowdhury the Principal Solicitor of this firm at mc@thetemplesolicitors.com or call us on +44 020 3500 3523. Mr. Mohammad Chowdhury will carry out a detailed investigation on your complaint and will provide you a solution within fourteen working days. If we believe that a face to face meeting will be helpful to resolve the issue, we may ask you to attend a meeting.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complain and would like to take the matter further, you can contact the Legal Ombudsman. The Legal Ombudsman will investigate your complaint independently of how it was dealt by Temple Solicitors.

Guidance & Time Limits

Make sure that you have tried to resolve your complaint with us as the Legal Ombudsman will check that. If you have contacted us and not satisfied, then you must take your complaint to the legal ombudsman:

  • Within two months of receiving a final response to your complaint and
  • No more than six years from the date of act/omission; or
  • No more than three years from when you should reasonably have known there was cause for complaint.
