However, if any stage of our service you become unhappy or concerned, please inform us immediately, so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. We aim to trat complaints seriously and deal with them in confidence, fairly and as quickly as possible.

Mr. Mohammad Chowdhury will carry out a detailed investigation on your complaint and will provide you a solution within fourteen working days. If we believe that a face to face meeting will be helpful to resolve the issue, we may ask you to attend a meeting.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complain and would like to take the matter further, you can contact the Legal Ombudsman. The Legal Ombudsman will investigate your complaint independently of how it was dealt by Temple Solicitors.
